Learn to apply mindful awareness and powerful methods to make your life happy and productive in the face of volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity by cultivating cognitive readiness.
Learn the key factors in being able to achieve multiple, often conflicting, objectives while working with others in healthy relationships.
Conflicts are natural when living and working with others. Managing them skillfully leads to fewer unnecessary conflicts, healthier relationships and more effective outcomes.
Apply simple techniques to transform work into a mindfully aware opportunity for personal growth, and effective performance. We offer variations on this theme for support/customer service staff, project managers and people who work in all sorts of roles in organizations and on their own.
Expectations are a natural part of life. How we manage them makes the difference between feeling happily successful and feeling stressed and dissatisfied. Learn to set realistic expectations and to manage them within yourself and with others.
A Zen approach sets a foundation. It enables people to go beyond conventional thinking and limitations in order to excel under any conditions. A Zen approach reduces stress and optimizes performance.
It looks at whatever is happening with unfiltered clarity. Clarity makes it possible to apply the right action to suit the situation at hand with a deep understanding of the interconnections between all things; seeing the big picture as well as the details and where they fit in.

We can use our relationships as vehicles for self-learning and the cultivation of loving kindness, compassion and joy. Yoga means "union" - oneness with the vast ocean of love we are immersed.
We begin to relate to one another and with Namaste - "I honor the essential unity which is in both of us." From that understanding we explore skillful means for maintaining healthy relationships.
