We loved it! My son, who is having his fair share of terrible 2s frustration these days, could very much connect to the main character, especially when he kicks the garbage can. The illustrations are wonderful and the message was right up my alley, too. It’s already a regular in the bedtime reading rotation now.

Great book. I loved this.
Everyone gets sad, mad and scared at one time or another. Everyone can learn to manage their emotions. The book "How to be Happy Even When You Are Sad, Mad or Scared" tells the story of a child who learns to feel his emotions without acting out.
